A bird just flew over my cube. Not kidding. Somehow this poor little bird made his way into the building, up the elevators (or maybe the stairs) and all the way down the hall and into out offices! A woman in the cube next to me came scurrying down the hall saying "theres a bird in my cube!" and sure enough there was.
Poor little bugger, everyone was trying to trap him and he wasn't having any of that so he took off across the room and smacked straight into the glass above our boss's window. Apparently he was bleeding from his beak. Finally maintence came and scooped him up in a rag/trashcan combo and took the poor baby away.
Send out a little prayer because I'm sure mainteince is not going to take the trip to the vet to get him fixed or at least to him put to sleep properly.
