How to be a Good Boss

Two things I just noticed about my Boss (or boss's boss)

1) Feedback is good. Sending out thoughtful little emails thanking even the roughest employee not only makes you look good, but can also help keep everyone feeling appreciated.

2) Make sure you use the correct form of a word. Saying "and ensuring are processes are efficient" isn't the same as OUR processes

Still...it's the thought that counts, and the diligence to go back and proof read every email to make sure what you have in writing is correct.
